EiQ appoints Gary Francis as Chief Technology Officer

Appointment deepens EiQ's technology leadership as the business invests to build faster and closer to its clients

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, August 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- EiQ by LRQA, the supply chain risk and sustainability due diligence platform, has appointed Gary Francis as Chief Technology Officer.

Francis has spent much of his career in technology leadership, building software platforms in regulated industries, most recently across payments and financial services. His focus in recent years has been on data platforms and on how AI is changing the way engineering teams work. He joins from Omnio, where he was Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Francis's appointment reflects renewed investment in EiQ's technology, intended to further accelerate product development in line with fast-changing client requirements.

EiQ's platform combines proprietary audit data from LRQA's responsible sourcing programme with analytics and media scans, helping global brands identify and manage labour, health and safety, and environmental standards across their supply chains. Due diligence regulation is growing more complex across major markets, and buyers need faster, clearer ways to evidence compliance. EiQ is expanding its product and technology in response.
